What does the heating tune-up cover?
A full inspection of your furnace or heat pump: electrical connections, gas valve and burner assembly (gas units), heat exchanger condition, blower motor, airflow, thermostat calibration, safety controls, and filter condition. We check everything that affects heating performance and safety.
What does the plumbing inspection include?
We look at your water heater age and condition, check supply lines for corrosion or wear, test shut-off valves, check drain flow at fixtures, and measure water pressure. It is a full walk-through of your home's plumbing health.
Do I need to be home?
Yes. We need access to your furnace or heat pump, water heater, and plumbing fixtures throughout the house. The visit usually takes about 60 to 90 minutes total.
