Trane Parts & Service
Trane parts and repair by a certified TCS dealer. Local Roots services all Trane systems - Climatuff compressors, Spine Fin coils, control boards. Call 602-560-8989.
As a Trane Comfort Specialist, Local Roots has direct access to Trane's parts network and factory support. This means faster repairs, genuine OEM parts, and technicians who are trained specifically on Trane equipment. Whether your system needs a new capacitor, a compressor replacement, or a control board repair, we have the expertise and parts access to get it done right.
We service all Trane systems, from the newest variable-speed Premier units to older XR and XL models that are still running strong after 15+ years. Our NATE-certified technicians diagnose issues accurately and provide upfront pricing before any work begins.
Compressors and Condensers
Trane's Climatuff compressors are built for extreme conditions, but after 10-15 years of Arizona heat, even the best compressors can fail. We carry common sizes and source replacements quickly through the Trane dealer network. We also repair and replace Spine Fin outdoor coils, which resist corrosion better than traditional copper/aluminum coils but can still degrade from years of dust buildup and chemical exposure.
Air Handlers and Blower Motors
Trane's air handler lineup includes the TEM4 (basic), TAM5/TAM7 (mid-range), and TAMX (premium variable-speed). We service all models including blower motor replacement, evaporator coil repair, and electrical component troubleshooting.
Controls, Thermostats, and Zoning
From basic single-stage control boards to ComfortLink II communicating systems, we diagnose and repair all Trane electronic components. Power surges from monsoon storms are a common cause of control board failure in Arizona. We also install and service Trane zoning systems, which allow different areas of your home to maintain different temperatures. Zoning is especially valuable in two-story homes and homes with large open floor plans where temperature varies room to room.
Air Quality Products
We install and service Trane CleanEffects, one of the most effective whole-home air filtration systems available. CleanEffects removes up to 99.98% of airborne particles, including dust, pollen, pet dander, and even some bacteria and viruses. It uses patented electrostatic technology that doesn't restrict airflow like traditional high-MERV filters. We handle installation, filter cleaning, and component replacement for CleanEffects systems.
Warranty and Maintenance
As a TCS dealer, we can look up your Trane warranty status, file warranty claims, and ensure you receive all the coverage you're entitled to. We also offer VIP maintenance plans that include annual tune-ups to keep your Trane system running at peak efficiency and catch potential issues before they become expensive repairs.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about Trane Parts & Service systems answered by our team.
Ask Us DirectlyYes. As a Trane Comfort Specialist, we have direct access to genuine OEM parts through Trane's dealer network. We use factory-authorized parts for all Trane repairs because aftermarket components often don't meet the same quality standards and can void your manufacturer warranty.
Absolutely. We service all Trane systems regardless of age - from brand-new installations to XR, XL, and XV models that are 15-20+ years old. Chris has been working on Trane equipment since 2001, so there's very little we haven't seen.
Trane offers a base limited warranty (typically 5-10 years depending on the product and registration) plus additional coverage for TCS-installed systems. We can look up your system's warranty status using the model and serial number. If your system was installed by a Trane Comfort Specialist and registered within 60 days, you likely have extended coverage.
