See How It Works

Hydro jetting uses 3,000-4,000 PSI water pressure to blast through grease, roots, scale, and debris, clearing pipes completely. Unlike snaking which just pokes a hole through blockages, hydro jetting scours pipe walls clean for longer-lasting results.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between hydro jetting and snaking?

Snaking uses a cable to poke through blockages. Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to completely remove buildup from pipe walls. Snaking is faster and cheaper; hydro jetting is more thorough and longer-lasting.

Can hydro jetting damage my pipes?

Not if done properly on appropriate pipes. We camera-inspect first to check pipe condition. Hydro jetting isn't recommended for fragile, damaged, or very old pipes.

How often should I have my lines hydro jetted?

For most homes, every 2-5 years or when problems arise. Homes with large trees near sewer lines may benefit from annual jetting.

Will hydro jetting remove tree roots?

Yes, hydro jetting cuts through and removes tree roots. However, roots will grow back over time. For chronic root problems, we may recommend additional solutions.
