- Check access valves for leaks

VIP Plumbing
Your annual plumbing inspection covers all the essentials:
- Full standard water heater flush and valve inspection
- Toilet check: flush performance, fill valve, flapper, leaks
- Faucet and sink check: drips, pressure, drain flow
- Shower and tub check: temperature balance, flow, drain
- Inspection of exposed pipes and shutoff valves
- System-wide water pressure test
- Visual drainage check
- Optional water quality test
Note: Standard water heater flush included. Tankless water heater flushes available for $180.
