"I am so happy I found Chris and his team again. I was a long time customer of Hays cooling heating and plumbing, and loved them. That service experts company that took over hays last year is horrible, they tried to rip me off on showing me bad parts for a different model water heater and told me it was from mine. The tech was like a used car salesman with a bad attitude. Til this day no manager ever called me back about it. AI helped me find Chris's new company and my former Hays team, I am on cloud 9. Ideal and Kolten came out and checked my water heater and did my AC maintenance. Both are good, nothing is wrong with the water heater. The Local Roots team is honest and they care about their customers. I never have to worry about the work they do or the pricing."

"I highly recommend Local Roots, which is owned by Chris and Stacia Hays. They have been serving our home for almost a decade. Communication with the office is OUTSTANDING. Easy to schedule. They call when the tech is on his way and even send a picture of him so we know who to look for. Most recently, Dave came out to inspect the furnace and because of a breakage caused by a roofer, Zac came out to do the repair. Both techs were very knowledgeable and treated our home as if it were their own. I’m so happy Chris and Stacia are still on operation. Their excellence is light years above and beyond all others!"

"Just had a great experience with Nolan and Local Roots AC and Plumbing. This is a family business with an evident focus on quality and integrity. I had been a committed customer to Hays since we had moved to this neighborhood in 2015. I was upset to learn that their business was sold and have had a number of interactions with other companies which were not of the quality I had become used to. I am delighted that the Hays have opened this new company and I will return as a loyal customer after my outstanding experience with Nolan today. He is skilled, polite, and seems honest. "We were so excited to get the Local Roots AC & Plumbing letter in the mail and find that our old friends, Chris & Stacia Hays are back in the HVAC business - and just in the nick of time! Our AC unit went out last Tuesday and I immediately called Local Roots. A tech was at our house within 30 minutes. Ideal, our tech, was incredibly friendly & polite and let us know our options - we could do a band-aid fix on our 16-year-old Trane, or replace it. We opted to replace it, and the AC install happened the very next day. Local Roots was right on time, and kept us updated throughout every step of the way. All the techs we worked with, Ideal, Denny, & Zak, were very knowledgeable and trustworthy. What a relief it is to have them back. I highly recommend and got a stack of business cards to pass to all my family & friends."
