The Problem We Saw

We saw this happening to friends, family, and neighbors. Good people getting the runaround from companies that prioritized sales over service. And we knew there had to be a better way.

Local Roots started with a simple question: what kind of company would we want to call if our AC broke down on a 115-degree day?

So that's what we built.

What "Local Roots" Means

We chose our name carefully. "Local" because we're from Phoenix, we live here, and we're part of this community. Our families deal with the same 115-degree summers and monsoon seasons you do. We understand what Phoenix homes need.

"Roots" because we're here for the long term. We're not chasing quick transactions. We're building relationships. When we do right by you today, we become your HVAC and plumbing partner for years to come. That's the business we want to be in.
